Specific Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound phone calls.
· Provide job estimates/quotes for services and close the sale.
· Manage and enter all data into the point-of-sale system. Be willing to specialize in our systems.
· Schedule and communicate all jobs, callbacks, delays, and estimates with customers and service professionals.
· Educate customers about service verticals, upsell opportunities, and follow up for all services.
· Make outbound service reminder phone calls to customers.
· Manage all phone calls, emails, and office calendars.
· Perform light marketing such as email and text blasts, robocalls, and social media updates as needed.
· Assist owner in all customer-facing and internal services of the business. Tasks may vary based on the seasonality.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in administration, inside sales, and Customer Service Representative roles.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
· Professional appearance and personality.
· Team player who can work independently.
· Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus.
