Communicates new service offerings or changes to the clients. Additionally, Merchant Card Customer Service Representative may require an associate degree. Job Summary
Avcenter, is looking to hire a part time Customer Service Representative (CSR), for Our Pocatello office. Most weeks will be two evening shifts - 3pm to 8pm and every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday - 8am to 5pm. Will work approximately 20 hours per week. This is a great part time job for a college student or high school senior.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answering the telephones, taking messages, greeting customers, arranging rental cars and hotels, data entry and invoicing, balancing the cash drawer, and some light cleaning.
