Our company is over 15 years old and participates in a rapidly growing segment of the industry.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:- Work directly with organizations across the country in a consultative approach to outfit their group with custom apparel, hard goods, and accessories within their needs and objectives.
- Will be involved in business development in a wide array of segments including sports organizations, schools, universities, corporations, non-profits, etc.
- Where appropriate, encourage group organizers to run an All U Sportswear fundraiser to help brand and raise money for their organization.
- Build rapport with prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about our products, service, the marketplace, and/or their organization.
- Update customer database with new information from customer calls and interactions.
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service through sales strategies.
- Strive for improvement in order to maintain and exceed hitting company expectations.
- Develop new business through referrals, prospecting, and lead follow up.
- Other projects to support senior leadership as necessary.
