Seeking an active and dynamic individual to fill our full time (32-40 hours per week) Retail Sales Associate position. In this position, you will utilize your dynamic sales personality to help and teach customers about all things spice, tea, olive oil and coffee. You will be called on to learn about our stores over 1500 items, many blended, filled and labeled in house. We are a locally owned company with a strong following and brand loyalty that has been earned through incredible products and great one on one customer service. Please demonstrate in your resume or cover letter that you have experience, and the abilities as follows: Sales Associates provide customer service and product knowledge to customers. Job duties include answering customer inquiries regarding products, helping shoppers locate items, recommending suitable products, assemble and package products and perform cashier duties. Sales associates also restock, organize and clean work areas in the store. Additional hiring requirements include the abilities to stand/ walk for extended periods of time, lift boxes up to 40 pounds without assistance when merchandise is received and be available to work weekends. Strong communication skills, multitasking skills and an outgoing personality is required.
