Sales Representative
Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industries
- Utilize all programs and initiatives in order to enhance the customer experience, increase customer loyalty, and impact sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Attend product knowledge meetings with buyers and vendors to gain information
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients, demonstrate the ability to highlight the features and benefits of mechandise
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products in the market
Requirements:
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Develop extensive jewelry product knowledge to act as expect for the customer
- Technical knowledge or background is a plus
- Greeting customers find and select merchandise
- Handle all facets of sales transactions including the operation of cash registers
