Flex Pay Merchant

Handles a variety of confidential duties that are critical to the nature of the business while conducting oneself with a high degree of professionalism and sound judgment. We are looking for someone that is loyal and thrives within a creative, fast paced environment. Must be able to quickly adapt to change and is able to Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on internal and external job boards.

• Phone screen applicants and coordinate the interview process.
• Provide daily support for sales team and CEO
• Prepares reports and provides recommendations for solutions of operational and administrative problems
• Handle the clerical/administration function within the hiring department.
• Screen and return phone calls as needed
• Respond to associate inquiries regarding HR related issues
• Oversee the payroll system
• Reads, screens and answers correspondence as needed
• Manage personal and professional calendars and other meeting and event arrangements
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Special projects and other duties as needed
• Sensitivity to confidential information
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel
• Assist with new employee hiring processes
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on internal and external job boards. Phone screen applicants and coordinate interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.85 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
