    Job Description

    Develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

    The Market Manager will operate remotely but will travel locally to conduct meetings with merchants and banking partners within the markets surrounding Washington. The Market Manager must reside within reasonable distance from the market territory due to frequent commute. This position offers a salary base plus sales bonus plan.

    This role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.

    Start Date: May 6th, 2024.  

    Basic Qualifications
    - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
    - Two to three years of relevant sales experience
    - Ability to travel
    Preferred Skills/Experience
    - Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
    - Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
    - Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
    - Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
    - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $58,650.00 - $69,000.00 - $75,900.00
