What we look for:

· 2-3 Years Experience in Related Retail Role

· Advanced Excel Modeling Experience

· Strong ARGUS Experience & Understanding

· Aptitude or Formal Education in Finance Field

What you will be doing:

- Simple to Advanced Excel Modeling and ARGUS Modeling and Analysis

• New Acquisitions
• Hold / Sell Analysis
• Financing / Refinancing
• Dispositions

- Transaction Support

• Working with lenders, brokers, buyers and sellers to gather, synthesize and transmit information as necessary
• Coordinate due diligence including materials review, Argus audits, and income/expense analysis

- Market Analysis / Investment Memorandum Support

• Understand and convey market/submarket dynamics
• Create simple graphics for investment books

- Sourcing

• Uncover potential properties for sale
• Work with brokers and owners to develop understanding of potential acquisitions
• Maintain and be able to speak to the Pipeline of opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
