• Supports business objectives across multiple departments (Vendor Sales, Library Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Accounting, Pricing, Operations.)
• Translates data discoveries into actionable business insight.
• Generates ad-hoc and standardized reporting based on end-user requirements.
• Formulates theories, implements tests and communicates results with team members.
• Understands how to use python to do data analysis.
• Create solutions to vendor and customer unique reporting requirements.

• Extracts company data and transfers to appropriate database environment
• Conducts special projects and studies as assigned.

• Microsoft Excel Expert
• Python to look at data and do ETL work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Detail oriented with excellent organizations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize, meeting deadlines.
• Must possess professional demeanor to work with internal associates, project manager and business leaders to identify analytical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Able to perform a variety of scheduled tasks and willingness to learn new tasks and functions, as needed.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiar with standard information technology development concepts, practices, and procedures within field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

• 2 or more years of experience as an analyst with progressive responsibilities
• 1-2 years of experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization software.
• Applied data mining techniques and application, including collaborative filtering.
• Experience with ETL tools and scripting languages.
• Applied time series analysis.
• Applied regression analysis, including non-linear regression techniques.
• Digital marketing analysis and support.

• Ability to regularly remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion type tasks.
• Ability to frequently communicate with others.
• Able to be present for meetings, trainings, and presentations.
