Position Summary:
As a thought leader on the Operations Team, you will need to be highly organized, a self-starter, and able to work independently and operate effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, Market Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure used vehicle acquisition experience initiatives are implemented as flawlessly as possible.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and work alongside the Market Presidents to drive the successful launch and implementation of our initiatives, as well as other business projects as priorities shift and arise.
