Mergers and Acquisitions Manager evaluates an organization's opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration. Being a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager develops financial models used to estimate cash flow and the potential for profitability. Collaborates with key stakeholders.
