To be a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Must have an "Active" NC and/or SC Real Estate License
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
- Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
- Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Must be committed to growth and willing to do the necessary work to succeed
