Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
