Mergers and Acquisitions Manager evaluates an organization's opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures and oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration. Being a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager develops financial models used to estimate cash flow and the potential for profitability. Collaborates with key stakeholders. Additionally, Mergers and Acquisitions Manager may participate in negotiations. Typically requires a MBA or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Mergers and Acquisitions Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description:

    • Communicate effectively with tenants, guests, contractors, visitors, and staff
    • Conduct all property maintenance work, service requests, punch lists, building inspections, preventative maintenance, and light cleaning
    • Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
    • Perform regular inspection and patrolling of the common areas of the buildings and the grounds
    • Communicate concerns of the property with Property Manager
    • Prepare maintenance reports and other job-related documentation
    • Maintain inventory of equipment, tools and supplies
    • Present an appropriate appearance on behalf of the Company
    • Provide after hour on call service addressing emergency work orders
    • Thorough understanding of building systems such as sprinklers, backflows, irrigation, dock levelers, RTU’s, plumbing, electrical, and roof systems.
    • Additional tasks or duties assigned by Property Manager

    Special Requirements:

    Physical Demands:

    • Physical demands may include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.

    Attendance/Travel:

    • This position is a full time position and does require the availability to be on call nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events is also required.
    • Have and maintain a clean driving record and be willing to drive a company work van.


    Essential Functions:

    The maintenace technician must have the ability to install, service, replace, and repair the following items in a responsible and professional manner that meets company standards. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Caulking
    • Interior and exterior doors
    • Locks
    • Electrical receptacles, switches and light fixtures
    • Toilets, sinks, faucets and pumps
    • Clean and inspect common areas and storage rooms as needed
    • Groundskeeping
    • Repair minor drywall damage
    • Painting
    • Removing bulk trash

    Qualifications:

    Computer Skills:

    • Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Accurately perform basic mathematical functions and use all on-site property management software functions

    Professional Experience:

    • Minimum three year maintenance technician experience required
    • HVAC Certification Preferred but not required
