Coordinates research and analysis activities required to assess strategic impact and risk. Being a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager develops financial models used to estimate cash flow and the potential for profitability. Collaborates with key stakeholders. Additionally, Mergers and Acquisitions Manager may participate in negotiations. Typically requires a MBA or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Mergers and Acquisitions Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Perform customer service and clerical duties necessary for the effective operation of the Acquisitions unit.
Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
1. Must be dependable.
2. Must be detailed oriented.
3. Ability to work without constant supervision.
4. Ability to handle personal information with extreme confidentiality.
5. Must be comfortable interacting with students, faculty, and members of the community.
6. Some computer skills and typing required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a library or customer service environment.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps.
Shifts must be scheduled between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
