Metadata Services Director administers the library's integrated system database and establishes the IT infrastructure for college/university library. Serves as the expert in the digitalization and preservation of resources and records. Being a Metadata Services Director manages licenses of digital contents. Requires a master's degree of from an ALA-accredited school. Additionally, Metadata Services Director typically reports to a manager.
