The Outpatient Services Director will be supported by an Ambulatory Services Manager and a number of Supervisors, this person will lead an outstanding and busy department with over 40 FTEs. The Outpatient Services Director will manage all day-to-day activities involving outpatient referrals from initial phone call through completion of treatment plans, coordinating caseloads, developing and managing the outpatient staff. The ideal candidate will be licensed as a Social Worker or Counselor and have previous leadership experience.
The Social Work Admissions Director will be in charge of developing and implementing departmental goals and standards that align with the clinical objectives, goals and values of the department. This requires evaluating departmental operations, and decision making for increasing efficiency and quality of the care management team. In addition, the Outpatient Services Director is responsible for collaborating with all other intake departments to align the whole care team’s planning.
