Summary of position:
As Director of Social Services you would be responsible for providing social services (social work) to residents. This includes evaluating residents, identifying areas of concern and coordinating services with the interdisciplinary team as well as contacting community resources as needed. The Director of Social Services will have a strong managerial background as he/she will oversee case management services for residents and review resident status.
