Each position employed in the Diocesan Administration Building helps to extend the ministry of the Bishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description. All employees of the diocesan administration assist the Bishop of Manchester in serving the parishes, schools and institutions of the Catholic Church in New Hampshire.

Camp Bernadette and Camp Fatima, Inc., as a Catholic ministry contracts with the Diocese of Manchester to hire full-time employees who are centered on Jesus Christ in both the Holy Eucharist and the Gospel. As a Roman Catholic camp, Camp Bernadette and Camp Fatima, Inc. seeks to provide all campers a safe, faith-filled, and loving environment where all feel welcome regardless of their religious upbringing. Therefore, our Catholic faith is central to our camping philosophy and permeates every aspect of daily life. We have weekly Mass, to fulfill our Sunday obligation, and pray every evening during Shrine." ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides leadership and is responsible for supervision, administration, coordination and the ongoing development of all spiritual and professional endeavors of the diocesan camps, taking care to keep the mission at the forefront of all decision and planning processes.
