Omega Renovations and Property Maintenance is responsible for over 1,400 rental units in the Greater Dayton Area. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair a variety of products ranging from cabinets, doors, vanities, trim, etc..
- Cut, shape and alter materials as needed.
- Measure and mark materials for alterations
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Procuring materials needed to complete work orders.
Requirements:

- Knowledge/Skills in minor electrical Repairs
- Knowledge/Skills in Appliance Repair

- Must have a reliable vehicle to get tools and materials to and from jobsites.
Compensation:
- Base pay starting at $22-25/hr with potential for increase after 90 days.
