The Maintenance person is responsive all needed repairs of the hotel and doing preventative maintenance program to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests such as lighting, heating, air conditioning and water treatment systems,maintain pool, front enterance and parking area, follow safety procedures.
Promote teamwork and quality service through communication and coordination with other departments.Communicate with adepartment heads to stay informed maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests.
Maintain and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manor while minimising waste and maintaing "green" initiaves.
