The Holiday Inn is looking for an Operations supervisor to oversee hotel operations and the hotel restaurant.

The best applicants will have IHG experience, and a focus service background. Top candidates will have 2 years of supervisor experience, or Front Desk and/or Restaurant Management for select service brands.

The Operations supervisor is responsible for managing the daily hotel operations to achieve the planned goals for the hotel and compliance with all management company and brand standards. The Operations supervisor is expected to demonstrate leadership in helping the execution of sales & marketing initiatives, financial planning, analysis, and management; extraordinary guest service, team member development, and overall operations excellence.

· At least two years of IHG brand experience or equivalent preferred with restaurant management/supervisor experience.

· Available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
