Position: Recruiter, Net Meter Program

As a Recruiter, you will co-train with the Leadership team to source, recruit and assist with training Net Meter Surveyors within a specified region. Net Meter Program is seeking professionals to join our world-class Power Brokerage Firm. We are one of the fastest growing companies in California and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

Recruiters must be US-based, Local & willing to travel from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process by co-managing Talent• Develop strong partnerships with the Leadership team to collaborate during the hiring process. • Utilize platforms to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates. • Make compelling presentations to all candidates about the Net Meter Program and the Site Survey Process. • Implement creativity, innovation, collaboration and process to ensure new hire success. • Assist with identifying high quality candidates by driving creative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels. • Assist with Onboarding Orientation for assigned new hires. Requirements • Degree Preferred. • 2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong ability to influence using collaboration. • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced environment. • Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities. • Commitment to excellence and top performance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation - Based on Performance Net Meter Survey - A Premier Power Brokerage Firm specializing in Residential and Commercial Utility Projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,230.00 - $7,777.00 per month
