Job Overview:

As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry specialist for our meter reading services company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and accurately entering meter readings into our database.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to meter reading services, including scheduling appointments, providing information about meter reading procedures.
• Enter meter readings into the company's database accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and update customer account information, including contact details and meter identification numbers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.64 - $26.18 per hour
