Your Role
The Material Analyst will be responsible to the Director Materials for forecasting ST Aerospace Mobile materials based on customer planned check usage.
Requirements

• Suggesting reorder levels on items ST Aerospace Mobile stocks.
• Conduct quarterly material usage reviews on all Customer Programs and recommend changes to the provisioning levels if any.
• Determining and forecasting materials based on customer check type and A/C type and upcoming hangar plan, adjusting, and setting reorder materials limits.
• Maintain and communicate with customer and ST Aerospace production regarding new planned maintenance and materials needed to complete these specific jobs assigned to check. Adjust or add to inventory of these materials.
• Coordinate with program status clerks and Main Stores on materials needed for ST Aerospace contractually obligated pre-draw.
• Maintain ST Aerospace Mobile controlled hardware kitting levels based on usage.
• Work with Inventory Control as well as vendor managed inventory supplier.
• Run Material consumption for customer billing and ensures timely closed out.
• Various other material/tooling data reporting and analysis.

Qualifications
Education: Two years college or technical school required; or equivalent in training education and/or experience.
Experience: Two years Inventory experience in materials/manufacturing warehouse; or equivalent in training education and/or experience.
