Job Summary
The primary responsibilities of the Analyst role will be to manage the multi-million-dollar parts and attachment inventory and adjust accordingly in the control system (NetSuite), maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review, and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations as necessary throughout the facility as it pertains to various equipment.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining and improving the company’s inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are not.
· Responsible for creating and maintaining inventory locations within the NetSuite system.
· Maintains physical inventory programs.
· Analyze and process inventory obsolescence.
· Analyze inventory levels on categories.
· Analyze and take action on future aging inventory in warehouse.
· Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations.
· Leverage NetSuite inventory min/max and demand planning.
· Identifies and assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas.
· Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations.
· Create, analyze, and distribute daily inventory and monthly reports.
· Identify opportunities to continuously improve forecasting accuracy and results.
· Assist in coordinating logistics of orders from suppliers and orders to warehouse customers.
· Assists in development of projects as well as make recommendations to appropriate personnel.
· Ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures as well as compliance with contractual obligations.
· Document inventory discrepancies such as mislabeled items and finds root causes and suggest counter measures.
· Maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel.
· Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent required.
· At least 5 years of inventory control experience or related experience
· Previous experience with NetSuite or other similar software.
· Advance MS Office includes Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLookup, etc for reporting and data analysis.
· Prior inventory and accounting experience required.

· Ability to function in a work environment with moderate noise level from several sources creating constant activity.
