Middle Market Lending Manager jobs in Dallas, TX

Middle Market Lending Manager makes and services middle market loans and lines of credit. Performs analysis of applicant's financial data to evaluate risk and creditworthiness. Being a Middle Market Lending Manager develops loan structures that maximize profitability and meet the needs of the client. Establishes good client relationships and potential for future referrals or cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, Middle Market Lending Manager monitors loan portfolios and compliance with lending terms and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Middle Market Lending Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Middle Market Lending Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Fair Lending Manager

  • Under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer, the Fair Lending Manager is responsible for
    establishing and maintaining risk management related to fair lending laws and regulations.

    II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist in the ongoing enhancements of the Fair Lending program.
    • Perform Fair Lending Compliance reviews in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
    • Display an understanding of the compliance testing phases, regulation, and process by ensuring compliance reviews are inclusive of all applicable components of the regulation and/or process.
    • Review and interpret data analysis and Fair Lending monitoring to verify risk associated with underwriting, pricing, and servicing.
    • Implement research and development processes relating to fair lending risk monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate to track, monitor, and resolve Fair Lending risk issues and findings.
    • Work on projects or additional responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer.

    III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in Fair Lending, risk assessment, quality control, or audit functions.
    • Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience with an emphasis on Fair Lending.
    • Encompass experience, preferred.
    • Questsoft experience, preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
    • Experience with loan origination systems and reviewing loan files.
    • Experience with fair lending analytics and/or data visualization tools.
    • Must work on-site at corporate office (not a remote position).
    • Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
