In this role, you will:-
Focus on intentional EMM customer selection/acquisition to grow the business

Employ contact strategies focused on generating complete C&I relationships
-
Acquire complete customer relationships where Wells Fargo is the primary/sole bank
-
Engage in proactive prospect contact activities aligned with MMB Standards of Care
-
Develop quality prospect/COI lists
-
Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management
-
Fully leverage CRM to manage prospect and COI relationships
-
Partner with and refer to both Virtual and In-market EMM RMs
-
Engage and consult with partner groups to recommend best fit solutions
-
Generate/qualify referrals across Consumer Small Business and MMB business development teams
-
Remain engaged with prospect and sales process until prospect converts to customer
Required Qualifications:-
4 years of Emerging Middle Market Business Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Financial services sales experience

Knowledge and understanding of core banking products including deposits, commercial credit and treasury

Possesses strong credit acumen; ability to have a meaningful conversation with a prospect about credit
- Experience negotiating interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements

Proven track record of building and acquiring new customer relationships

Treasury Management experience/product knowledge

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
-
Effective time management and organization skills

Existing local network across assigned geography

Sales pipeline management experience

Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal partners
Job Expectations:-
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
