Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including daily tasks, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
· Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.
· Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
· Manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring proper ordering, storage, and cost control.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for staff.
· Represent the restaurant professionally at community events and industry functions.
