Responsibilities:
Student Discipline Management:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote positive behavior and
discipline among students.
Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues and complaints in a timely and effective
manner.
Work closely with teachers and staff to monitor student behavior and ensure a safe
learning environment.
Develop and conduct training for teachers and staff on effective discipline
management strategies.
Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and administration to ensure effective
coordination of discipline
Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and community organizations to
promote positive relationships and support student success.
Maintain open communication and accessibility to students, parents, and staff to
address concerns, answer questions, and provide support as needed.
Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by the principal/Director of
Operation
QUALIFICATIONS: BA, at least 2 years’ experience working in a school environment,
experience as a Dean of Students is preferable.
