As a Lending Consultant, you will:

• Be passionate about building relationships with members and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets!
• Work onsite in a call center environment, where you will originate different types of consumer loans (auto, credit cards, personal loans), conducting business via telephone, chat, text, and email.
• Be available to work during the week with rotating Saturdays. Preference is given to those applicants with open availability.
• You will have high goals to meet. But trust us - meeting those high expectations come with high rewards. 
• Be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is complete and correct. Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative. 

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has sales experience. This is a very sales-oriented role, and you must be comfortable asking for the business.
• Has previous lending experience (highly preferred).
• Has previous call center and financial institution experience (highly preferred).
• Has a teamwork mentality and a drive to work with others to accomplish not only branch, but credit union goals.
