Establishes good client relationships and potential for future referrals or cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, Middle Market Lending Manager monitors loan portfolios and compliance with lending terms and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Job Requirements:
Valid Washington state certificate with appropriate endorsement in 7-8 ELL.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to use effective assessment and instructional strategies to meet student needs in all curriculum areas and demonstrated ability to use the 4 essential teaching behaviors of assessment, evaluation, planning, and instruction to deliver quality programs for all students.
Experience with teaching English Language Learners
Belief in and application of establishing positive relationships and utilizing progressive discipline when needed.
Understanding of the Washington State Learning Standards and English Language Arts' Smarter Balanced Assessment
