Grab-N-Geaux is currently seeking a Market Manager for the Lake Charles, Louisiana Area. If you're passionate about coaching and developing teams that serve their communities, a Market Manager position with Grab-N-Geaux may be the right fit for you! As a Market Manager, you will oversee 5-8 stores in an assigned area and play a vital role in creating an atmosphere that ensures "Uncommon Courtesy" for our guests and employees.

What you'll do as a Market Manager:

• Assist with executing Grab-N-Geaux strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining standards within your assigned market
• Act as a liaison between the Store Managers and Upper Leadership to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Develop Team Members on career pathways
• Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area
• Create a Winning Team Atmosphere
• Be a Leader in Maintaining our Smokehouses with Food Quality, Efficiency, Control, and Processes
• Maintain your stores to achieve controllable margins and expenses (Payroll, Food Costs, Etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
