Lending Support Specialist

Position Summary

Oklahoma Educators Credit Union is seeking an outgoing detail-oriented individual for a full-time lending support specialist position. Good communication skills, proficient Microsoft Excel/Word, finance, and/or accounting experience is a plus. Approved overtime may be required.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform review of disbursed loans
• Scans reviewed loans into digital loan vault platform
• Track exceptions
• Perform quality assurance on banking and lending forms
• Gather online loan applications to disburse to the appropriate loan officer
• Call members regarding promotional items
• Mail documents to members
• Review, approve, track, and process skip-a-pays
• Provide loan pay offs to dealers, insurance companies, and/or members
• Complete and distribute lien releases on paid off collateral loans
• Cooperate with other personnel regarding lending matters to ensure a "team effort" and prompt member service
• Collect insurance coverage and submit to credit union insurance company
• Add force placed insurance to collateral loans as needed
• File gap claims on total loss vehicles
• Cancel Gap and extended warranty products on repossessed vehicles
• Prepare for quarterly audits
• Organize file folders
• Consistent attendance for hours scheduled to work.
• May perform other duties as assigned and directed by Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
