Middle Market Lending Specialist jobs in Petaluma, CA

Position: Night Crew Supervisor at Petaluma Market.

Shifts are 9PM-5:30AM & 10:30PM-7AM.

Hiring for full time Night Crew Supervisor.

Schedule will be 40 hours per week, must be available to work weekends.

Night Crew Supervisor responsibilities:

Overseeing Staff: Managing the night crew team, ensuring they are effectively stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining cleanliness.

Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate inventory counts, receiving shipments, ordering stock and organizing stock.

Store Readiness: Preparing the store for the next business day, which includes facing and replenishing merchandise.

Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and handling any emergencies that may arise.

Reporting: Keeping records of nightly operations and reporting to store management.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associate must be reliable and honest.

- Associate must possess integrity and professionalism in their position.

- Strong communication skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

- Ability to read and write at the 8th grade level.

Preferred Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (or still pursuing education)

- Prior experience working on a night crew or stocking shelves.

- Prior supervisor experience.

Starting wage: $25 / hour (wage negotiable with experience)
