Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Position type: Fulltime, Leader in CNC machining.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a manager to lead our Machining & Turning department. The candidate will be responsible CNC Mastercam programming, leadership in set-up machining, production schedule, tool & machine selection, and ultimately upgrading our machining & turning technology. Assist in machining RFQs with cost effective machining approach to win the job. You will work closely with ownership and co-management to lead the CNC team to ensure accurate and efficient production processes for on-time-delivery. The role requires strong leadership with a minimum of 15–20-year experience in machining with Team development knowhow.

Qualifications

• CNC Programming, Machining, and Milling skills
• Technical drawing interpretation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Associate degree or certification in CNC programming or related field
