Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our facility. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems will ensure the smooth operation of our production processes.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting machinery for optimal performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Collaborate with supervisor to analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems
- Welding skills are highly desirable

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, crouching) for extended periods of time

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
