The Role:

As a Feed Millwright, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our feed production machinery at both our Sparta and Chippewa Falls mills. From conducting repairs and maintenance to troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our operations running smoothly. What A Day In The Life Looks Like: 

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on feed production machinery at Sparta and Chippewa Falls mills
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
• Implement preventive maintenance procedures to prolong machinery lifespan and prevent breakdowns
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members and vendors

What You Bring To The Table:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in machine repair and maintenance, preferably in the feed production industry
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations
