This role will be mainly involved with the re-construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and management to manage reconstruction projects after property damage events.
• Negotiate and settle insurance claims, writing scopes of work for various property damage events.
• Produce complete and accurate estimates, including subcontractor solicitation and accurate pricing.
• Review completed files for profitability and accuracy, submitting estimates in a timely manner.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Attend all appropriate company meetings and perform additional duties as needed.

What You Need:

- 3 years industry experience in restoration, construction, or re-construction required

- 3 years of outside sales experience

- Direct experience in creating and managing estimates for property damage mitigation and restoration required

- Xactimate knowledge and experience required

- Insurance claim knowledge and experience

- Valid Driver’s License
