Mine Engineer prepares and inspects projects involving underground or surface mining. Responsible for planning and design of mine to ensure maximum stability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage studio finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth class schedules and efficient use of studio space.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Reviews Applications, Schedules Interviews, Recruits Staff, Trains Staff
- Conducts Performance & Compensation reviews, Counsels the employees as needed,
- Operates and Manages studio in accordance with Manuals, Procedures, Processes and Standards
- Schedules employees and prepares employees’ roster
- Is present for large events, and participates in corporate marketing promotions
- Engages customers with the Color Me Mine brand through execution of social media platforms
- Utilizes Marketing tools to enhance studio presence and drives studio events
- Manages and maintains staff
- Manages and maintains adequate stock levels and inventory SKUs pricing
- Adheres to inventory and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) count schedules
- Performs a quarterly Safety Audit of premises
- Processes donation requests as approved
- Responds to customers’ queries and complaints
- Manages marketing programs and displays as directed by the Studio Owner
- Liaises between Studio Staff Team Members, Customers, and Studio Owner
- Collaborates effectively with the Studio Owner in regards to maintenance with kilns and in-studio repairs
- Deliver a world class customer experience to all visitors of Color Me Mine

- Create monthly Calendars (canvas & paint classes…techniques and different mediums)
- Lead on posting on all Social Media platforms (min 2x/day)
- Present minimum 30 hrs per week in studio, including weekends

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
- Administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic math skills for financial management and reporting.
