Job Summary
This position can work independently applying extensive SME knowledge to solve multiple projects. The position must coordinate effectively with all work groups.

Job Description

* LEVEL OF POSITION WILL BE DETERMINED BY APPLICABLE EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.

Key Accountabilities

The position will be a team member within the Kosse Engineering department. The position will be located at the Oak Grove mine complex that is located near Kosse, TX (Limestone and Robertson counties). The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding of RRC regulations associated with contemporaneous reclamation operations.
  
• Mine surveying including field work and data reduction (scanners and drones)
  
• Civil design and project management of mine infrastructure construction projects
  
• Preparation of civil designs for submittal to RRC including ponds, roads, and diversions.
  
• Coordinate and manage utility relocations.
  
• Budget preparation
  
• Financial analysis to support capital and O&M construction projects.
  

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

4 yr. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (Civil, Mining highly preferred)

4 yrs. related job experience

Experience in project management

Civil design software, Civil 3D, hydraulic design software

Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
