Pay: $35- $40/hour DOE

• Prevailing wages, depending on projects assigned

• Work directly with superintendents and project managers to accurately and effectively build projects

• Engage in pre-construction meetings with our team to resolve any discrepancies or uncertainties in the construction documents before getting onsite

• Thoroughly understand construction means and methods and proficiently read construction documents and specifications to maintain quality of work

• Participate and adhere to Muse Concrete’s safety program to ensure a safe and OSHA-compliant work environment

• Organize daily activities, such as safety meetings, and assign tasks to crew members. Assure materials, tools, and equipment are on site

• Prepare timesheets, field directives, change orders, daily reports, and purchase orders as required

• Guide and train crew members with proper use of tools and equipment

• During the first 30 days of employment, you will be teamed up with another Foreman for training. Once training is completed, you will be expected to manage your own crew.

• Ability to travel within the North State

• 10 years’ experience in concrete construction

• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Pre-employment drug screen (based on CA illegal substances)
