As a Foreman, the general role is to provide leadership, supervise workers under his or her charge, ensure the safety of crew members, follow OHSA guidelines and Shamrock Service safety rules, motivate the overall productivity of crew members, and provide physical labor and supervision to a wide range of construction and industrial maintenance trades on various construction, millwright, welding and industrial projects.
