**Hardscape Foreman Job Description:**

**Position Overview:**

The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation and construction of high-quality hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of workers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of hardscape installers.

- Read and interpret project plans and specifications.

- Schedule and coordinate materials and equipment.

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.

- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.

- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

- Manage project timelines and budget constraints.

- Train and mentor team members in hardscape construction techniques.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in hardscaping or landscape construction.

- Strong understanding of hardscape materials and installation processes.

- Ability to operate a variety of construction equipment.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Physically able to perform demanding work in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per year
