Duties:

- Conduct engaging tours, providing historical and cultural information
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of tour participants
- Answer questions and provide assistance to visitors
- Utilize public speaking skills to deliver informative and entertaining tours
- Educate guests on local attractions, landmarks, and points of interest

-Handling retail sales in our gift shop.

-Ensuring cleanliness of the Independence State Historical Site, dusting, sweeping, etc.

Experience:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups
- Strong time management abilities to keep tours on schedule
- Proficient in public speaking to engage audiences of varying sizes
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead tour groups effectively

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
