As a Manager you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations

• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service

Additional Responsibilities:

• Weekly Inventory management
• Effective scheduling considering the needs of the business and team member staffing levels
• Effective & efficient ordering
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Team Members
• Ensure all necessary cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules are followed

Chicken Salad Chick provides a delicious menu with a variety of 12 Chicken Salads, homemade sides, delicious soups, and great sandwiches. We own and operate the locations in Paducah and Murray and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.

Pay: Starting at $16 / hour
