Mine Manager jobs in Middlesex, NJ
Mine Manager is responsible for the overall management of mining projects. Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance. Being a Mine Manager ensures the safety and health of mine workers. Recommends corrective action when problems are detected. Additionally, Mine Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. May require certification by the MSHA. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Mine Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Mine Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Job Purpose: Manager or Multi- Unit Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of the restaurant, including recruiting, hiring, management development, managing budgets and ensuring the restaurants are delivering great guest service and executing Brand standards and procedures in the restaurants.
