Mine Manager is responsible for the overall management of mining projects. Assists in staffing, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance. Being a Mine Manager ensures the safety and health of mine workers. Recommends corrective action when problems are detected. Additionally, Mine Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. May require certification by the MSHA. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Mine Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Mine Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. This will be the first Underground Cocktail Club in Nashville, The Underground nightclub, which is located in Chicago, opened over 15 years ago. In 2021, the Underground Cocktail Club was debuted in Chicago. The venues are known for attracting celebrities such as Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, David Beckham, Ludacris, Michael Jordan, John Mayer, John Legend and Miley Cyrus.
Underground Cocktail Club Nashville is currently seeking a talented Bar Manager/Mixologist to be part of a world class nightclub.
Applicants should possess rock solid craft cocktail knowledge and experience, inspiring service, creative impulses, high standards, fluent in trends, a strong sense of humor and decent taste in music.
Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Attributes- Mixology experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Must complete Food Handlers and BASSET Certificate
- Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
