Troubleshoots system problems and issues and looks for ways to improve the application. Being a Mobile Applications Developer may require a bachelor's degree. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., iOS, Android etc.). Additionally, Mobile Applications Developer typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Mobile Applications Developer typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Offer consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours (including days, nights, weekends & holidays)
Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the store
Cash, credit card and other payment media handling
Paperwork Security Management: CPNI, PII, PSCI
Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology.
Create an environment for discovery in your store that sparks new ideas for using mobile communications
Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring
Develop positive customer relationships
Cultivate long-term customer relationships
Maximize customer experience by offering solutions as opposed to pushing products
Make the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each of your customers
Other Duties may be assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, skills and abilities :
Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience.

Ability to listen carefully and actively.
Interpersonal and communication skills that enable customers to feel comfortable with our products, features, plans, and services
Basic computer skills.
Aptitude for sensing and responding to the range of shopping types.
