What we can offer you:

The option to work either in a salaried capacity (Performance Software) or full-time hourly (Talent Tier). Our benefits package includes Medical, Dental, and vision paired with a 12% company paid individual IRA contribution for full-time employees. Hourly employees are paid a very competitive rate with medical/dental/vision benefits available. These positions offer 100% remote flexibility.

What we are looking for:

We are looking to add passionate full-stack software developers to our team. This opportunity allows candidates to work on new and state-of-the-art applications. Individuals who have a team-first attitude and are willing to help others. Our team is comprised of highly motivated individuals to provide the best possible products and services for our customers.

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 or $70/hr. - $80/hr. Depending on Experience

• Experience in web applications, specifically with front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development
• Proficient in integration and formal testing
• Artificial intelligence experience highly desirable
• Understanding of various software development cycles
• Ability to enhance Linux based systems studying latest open-source software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
